Tilda with Big Cup of Icecream ♥

Some time ago I was asked by the sweet and talented Paula Holifield to be her guest 

at her "new" challenge 

A Little Bit Crafty Challenges. 

I am so happy to be asked, thank you Paula ♥

The theme is Something Sweet,

and I hope many of you will join the challenge!!

I thought this super sweet Tilda from Magnolia would fit the challenge perfecly, with her jummy big ice cream:)

"Tilda with Big Cup of Icecream" from the With Love Collection 2013. 

She is coloured with Distress Ink re-inkers and Markers.

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

Dress: Weathered Wood, Frayed Burlap, Black Soot, Victorian Velvet

Shoes: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

As you can see I have added some Crackle Accents on the ice cream.

The gorgeous pink flower is from Petaloo. The lace and flower berries are from Kort & Godt.

The sentiment on the tag (inside the small pocket) and on the side of Tilda are from Stempelglede.

The "Made with love"-text is from Magnolia.

And the whole card is made with a GoKreate die. I have used papers from Maja Design and the Vintage Spring Basics Collection.

Tilda with Little Pocket!

Here I am with my Birthday card to 

Magnolia Down Under Challenges!

We are celebrating our 4th birthday this week,

and I am so proud and happy to be on this theme with the most wonderful ladies:)

I have coloured up the sweetest Tilda with Little Pocket (With Love Collection 2013) with Distress - re-inkers and Distress Markers. For Tilda's yellow jumpsuit I have used Markers-Scattered Straw, and then added some Frayed Burlap for the shadowing. As an ending I have coloured the darkest spots with Reinkers-Black Soot.

I stamp with Archival Ink-Jet Black on Langton -Extra Smooth (Hot Pressed) Grain Satiné paper.

The frame around the image is made with a Spellbinder die called Floral Ovals.

The papers are from Maja Design and the Vintage Summer Basic Collection-1915 and 1891. 

I have also used some of the new Doo Hickeys that arrived Hjerteboden some days ago. 

Up in the left corner - Cute Corners, and the two tabs - Peaky Floral Tabs.

I have also used an old favorite, Lovely Fence.

The largest flower, the Daisy, is from Iamroses.com. It is an online flowershop in Thailand that holds the most beautiful flowers.

 It was really easy to order from Iamroses, and I could pay through paypal. 

I ordered my flowers the one week, and got them all the way to Norway the next week! And they were just so beautiful.

The drawer I have put my flowers in is from Living.

Tilda with Slingshot!

Hi there! I am back with my card for MDUC. 

This week the theme is "Especially for you". So you have to make a nice card especially for someone:) 

I think this image "Tilda with Slingshot" is pretty cool and so cute too! You can find her in the "With love Collection 2013".

She was really fun to colour. And for her clothes I have mostly used the Markers.

T-shirt: Victorian Velvet (+Black Soot-Reink for the dark places)

Skirt: Weatherd Wood, Fryed Burlap (+Black Soot-Reink for the dark places)

I have coloured her skin and hair as usual with Distress Re-inker:

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain.

Shoes: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Black Soot.

The spots around the image is made with Liquid Pearls-Lavender.

To make the card extra special I have used this beautiful text from Stempelglede on the tag.

The text is stamped with Memento Ink-Rich Cocoa. 

To make the butterfly I have used another DooHickey tag from Magnolia called Swirly Butterfly. It is cut out twice, and I have glued them together on the middle. Then it has two sets of wings.

On top of the card I have put in a So Wrapped Lovely tag.

The whole card is made with a Go Kreate die. I have described how I put a card like this together HERE.

The gorgeous papers are from Maja Design. 

I have matched up two papers from the Fika Collektion. 

The big flowers is a Daisy from WOC, and you can find it in Hjerteboden.

I have also used Flower Berries, rose buds, swirly flowers, and 15mm open roses. 

The lace and "heart bling" are gift from a special friend in the UK:)

Tilda with Heart Arrows on a Flower Cloud ♥

Hi there! I am back with another cutie from the amazing With Love Collection by Pauline and Magnolia. 

And this time I have tried out ACETATE! It is really the first time I have tried it for a card, and I wasn't quite sure what to do...

I got some acetate from my friend Bente, so I had no excuse not to try this challenge:)

It is our new challenge at MDUC, to use acetate.

As you might have noticed, I have fallen in love again with the blue and purple colors:) 

Tilda's clothes are colored with Distress Markers-Victorian Velvet. The color is pinkish in the reinker, but in my Marker it tones to this lovely purple color. I have made the dark shadows on her clothes with Distress Ink-reinkers Black Soot, and some Pumice Stone (Markers).

Btw, the image is called Tilda with Heart Arrows and it is masked together with Flower Cloud.

For my card I have folded the Acetate, and then placed the Kraft Cardstock on top of it. 

The card stock is fastened with Fab Scraps adhesive tape. It is clear and fastens very well.

The size of the card stock is 11x15 cm, and the Acetate is 11x17 cm.

I have used a spellbinder dies to make the opening. Behind the image you can barely see that I have put in a paper to write a greeting on.

I have also stamped the "Made with love"-text from Magnolia inside the paper.

The pattern paper is from Magnolia's latest Little Easter Collection 2013.

Cute and whimsical swirly butterflies from Magnolia:) 

I have cut them out two times and glued them on each other. 

Under them I have put some cheese cloth. 

The purple/pink one is colored with my homemade mist.

The spots are made with Liquid Pearls-Bisque.

Flowers are from Prima and Magnolia. 

The feather is from Panduro.

So now it is just to head over to MDUC to have a look at all the amazing Acetate cards made by my super talented teammates!!

Heisann! Og gratulerer med dagen til alle mødre i dag!:)) 

Her kommer morsdagskortet som jeg har laget til min mamma. Jeg har brukt papirer fra Maja Design.

Og så dette nydelige motivet fra Magnolia og With Love kolleksjonen som heter Tilda with Love.

Motivet er fargelagt med Distress Ink-refiller og Distress Markers. 

Jeg har også brukt Stickles-Star Dust Liquid Pearls-Bisque og Crackle Accents på motivet.

Poststempelet er fra Kort & Godt og stempelet på ene tagen er fra Stempelglede.

Jeg fikk flere kjempekoselige gaver til bursdagen min på fredag, med scrappesaker!!:)

Og flere av dem har jeg brukt her på kortet. Som metallhjertet og perlebåndet rundt motivet

Up, Up and Away

It is time for another challenge at MDUC. And this time the theme is 

LOVE IS IN THE AIR.

I thought this Love-balloon fitted well:) 

And who knows, maybe it will take Tilda with on a trip up in the air;)

I really love the "With Love Collection" from Magnolia. The whole collection is filled with romantic beautiful stamps:)) 

And this cutie is called Up, up and away.

The gorgeous papers are also from the same Magnolia collection. Even the post cards are cut outs from the papers.

I have added Crackle Accents to the balloon.

Charming Edwin

Wooohoo thank you so much for all the lovely wishes, greetings and even a poem to our coming baby!!:) You are the best!!

Tonight I am back with a birthday card to my dear friend Camilla who celebrated her birthday this week. 

It is also for the challenge at MDUC where the theme is to have pink, lace and metal on your card. 

Even if Edwin isn't that pink, he has a pink heart to Camilla, and all the papers from Magnolia are pinkish, and also some of the flowers. 

The lace is an old one, it is really beautiful! And I have put on a sweet metal heart. My favorite charm:)

Isn't he just charming!! He is really called Charming Edwin and is from the With Love Collection 2013 from Magnolia.

He is colored with Distress Ink-reinkers:

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose (Cheeks: mix with tattered rose & aged mahogany)

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

Jeans: Weathered Wood, Black Soot

The postcards are cut out from the lovely new Magnolia paper.

A layout with some news!

This time I am really in for surprising you!;) 

With a layout (which I never make), and the news about an expecting baby ♥

My husband and I are so excited and happy about the fantastic news!!

And when Jenny (CT coordinator in Maja Design) asked if I would consider to try to make a layout, 

I thought about it, and why not make the first page in the baby's album, with it's first photo taken;)

In the ultrasound picture taken just before Christmas it is almost 11 weeks, and you can barely see it is a human beeing.

But it is, and it really feels like a miracle!

For the layout, I know I must practice some (a lot) more, 

so bare with me that this is not something I usually do! 

I have used the gorgeous autumn papers from Maja Design 

and the collection Walking it the Forest.

The letters "baby" are made with Tim Holtz XL Alphabet die - Word Play.

For the letters "i magen" I have used Tim Holtz - Typeset Alphabet.

The letters are inked with Walnut Stain and I have also added Crackle Accents to them. 

Behind the letters I have painted with Crackle Paint - Picket Fence.

The gorgeous "Baby"-sentiment is from Stempelglede, and a collection called Velkommen lille Venn. 

The other decoration stamps I have used are also from Stempelglede 

and the collection Vintage Garden.

The first one is Bonny Tilda from the With Love collection 2013. She is here to look after the baby:)

The other is Mother to be Tilda from the Princes and Princesses Collection 2012. And she symbolizes, who do you think?? Yes, me!:)
