An explosion box ~ let's have some tea!

Hi everyone! Here is the explosion box I made.

I have used the dies from the DooHickey Box vol. 18 {Le fleur}.

And some others.

These orchids are made with dies from Magnolia

andwith Foamiran.

This Tilda is from the Little London Collection 2013.

She is called Afternoon Tea Tilda.

The text stamp is from Stempelglede.

London Tilda!

Hi! I am back with a card for MDUC. This week it is lovely Ying who has chosen the theme: Autumn Vintage. Mine doesn't have the warm Autumn colours, I have been inspired by the RAIN! It is pouring down here!

This cute image from Magnolia is called London Tilda, and she is from the Little London Collection. 

I have coloured her with Distress Ink, re-inkers.

The gorgeous papers I have used are from Maja Design and the Vintage Autumn Basics collection.

I have used some dies from Tim Holtz here, the Weathered Clock and Caged Bird.

The tags are made with Magnolia die, Vintage Tag. And the leaves are from the Leaf and swirl die.

I have added Frantage-Shabby White on several places around the card. On the umbrella, raindrops and boots I have added Crackle Accents. The metal corner is painted with White Gesso and added some frantage as well. 

The flowers are from WOC and Prima. 

Behind the image I have placed some cheese cloth, and a small paper bag. 

All the paper edges are inked with Distress Ink pad-Walnut Stain (I am using the Ink blending tool). You may spot some small pearl hearts in some of the corners, they are from Kort og Godt.

Also the post stamp is from Kort og Godt.

I have fasten some seem binding ribbon which I have coloured myself in the tags. 

I make a mix with distress re-ink drops and water. Here I have used the colours Faded Jeans and Weathered Wood. I spray it on the ribbon, curl it, and let it dry over night. (It is a good idea to use gloves:))

Now it is just to head over to MDUC to have a look at all the beautiful Autumn Vintage creations made by my wonderful teammates!!

 Hi there!

Today I will show you a card I made for a colleague of mine that celebrated his thirtieth birthday yesterday. 

The image is from Magnolia and the Little London collection. It is called Edwin with Derbyhat. I have coloured him with Distress Ink, re-inkers. Mostly in the colour Black Soot. For his skin I have uset Vintage Photo and Tattered Rose.

This is something I love about Maja Designs papers, that each collection contains both colours and design perfect for man and woman. For this card I have used papers from the new collection Vintage Autumn Basics.

For the car I have used a Tim Holtz die. I have added some Frantage on the car, shabby white. 

The text is written on my computer.

Afternoon Tea Tilda ♥

Endelig kommer kortet mitt også til oktober utfordringen hos Hjerteboden!

Denne måneden vil vi at du skal spille bingo:) 

Håper mange blir med oss! Premien er gavekort på 150,- i nettbutikken til Hjerteboden.
Bingorekkene mine er: Charm, Distress, Frantage + Charm, Bursdag, 3 mønsterark + Distress, Bursdag, Blomster.

Jeg har maskert sammen to stempler: Afternoon Tea Bench og Afternoon Tea Tilda.
De er begge ifra Little London kolleksjonen.

Motivet er fargelagt med Distress Ink.
På skyggene rundt Tilda har jeg brukt Distress Markers - Weathered Wood, Antique Linen og Pumice Stone.

Jeg har brukt tre mønsterark fra Maja Design på kortet mitt, fra Ska vi ta en Fika? kolleksjonen (Søders Høyder, Havrerutor og En kopp te). Syns de passet så fint til stemplene jeg fikk fra Magnolia.

 Kortet er laget med en Go Kreate dies (No 160023, Large Frames, Frilly #3).

Og jeg har brukt tre Magnolia dies -DooHickey's, View Master, Tilda Tag og Castle.

Fra Tim Holtz har jeg brukt diesen Distressed Doily.

Motivet og rammen bak er stanset ut med Spellbinders dies (Petite Oval Large og Petite Scalloped Ovals Large)

Jeg har brukt Frantage - Shabby White rundt motivet, på Distress Doily og på slottet.

På taket til slottet og på View Master har jeg påført Stickles - Star Dust.
