Lucky Edwin!

Hi! It is time for a new challenge at MDUC. And this time we want to see BUTTONS on your project.
I have decorated a paperbag this time. And tried to make it a bit masculine.
The image is Lucky Edwin, masked together with the Golden Creek Background
I have coloured the scene with Distress Ink re-inkers and Distress Markers.
Here are the buttons:) I am not sure where they come from, I have had them in my room for a long time. I hardly use buttons on my cards, so I had to do some digging amongst my older embelisshments.
To give them a bit more shabby look, I have painted them with some spots from Crackle Paint-Picket Fence. Behind the image I have put cheese cloth, and a paper from an old book. The cheese cloth is coloured with a homemade mist (vintage photo, opalite pigment inker+water).
In the right corner I have put a Mini Bag, perfect to storrage some tags. The tags I have used are made with a DooHickey called Scalloped Tag. I have decorated them with a lace.
The stamp on the mini bag "Tøff & Kul" is from Stempelglede.
I find Tim Holtz products as his dies perfect for masculine cards. And have added some here, like the Hardware Findings, Mini Gears Set and the Distressed Doily.
Here is also a ticket hidden on the "card" inside (to write the greeting on).
As you can see here, I have put a card inside the paper bag to write on. And fastened the gears on, so it is easier to pull out.
Here is the inside of the card, with a money pocket. It is made naturally of the bottom of the paper bag.
The back. And you can better see the beautiful paper I have used, it is from Maja Design and the Vintage Spring Basics Collection- 6th of March. My favourite paper among the blue ones:)
Are you still here?:) I am soon finished with my post, and thank you for still being here.
I want to thank everyone for their concern about my pregnancy. I am doing fine. Not been feeling sick at all. I am just getting bigger and bigger! I have been told it is a boy. And I can feel him kicking inside me, especially in the evenings. I can't wait to meet him! But still there are some months left waiting.
Hope you liked my "Cowboy-card"!
So now it is just to head over to MDUC to have a look at all the beautiful creations made by my wonderful teammates!!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog,
and for the lovely comments you take the time to write me:)

Helt utrolig nydelig! Hvor store er papirposen du har brukt, og hvor har du evt kjøpt den? Mine virker så små i forhold.
