MAGNOLIA ADVENT CALENDAR ~ DAY 13

Hi! Today it is my honour to host the Magnolia Advent Calendar!

I am so happy that you made me a visit ♥

Today we celebrate Saint Lucy's day here in Norway. The day is also celebrated in several Nordic countries. 

And Saint Lucy is also one of the few Saints that we celebrate here in our country, 

so she is a bit special:)

I have made this wall hanging for you to see today.

It is my first wall hanging ever, and I hope you like it. 

I have masked three different stamps together:

They are all coloured with Distress Inks and Distress Markers.

Free Tilda stamp ♥

Hi! 

Here I am again with a new Christmas Card. 

I have used the lovely Maja Design papers, from the 6x6 papers It's Christmas Time.

The gorgeous stamp is of course from Magnolia.

I am not sure what her name is, but she was the extra gift in the latest Magnolia Ink:)

Have you read the magazine yet?!! 

It is filled with wonderful creations from the DT members in Magnolia. 

 I colour the image with Distress Ink, reinkers. And here are the colours that I have used:

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

Dress: A mix with Weathered Wood, Dusty Concord, Victorian Velvet and Tattered Rose. And I ahve also used Black Soot for the darkest spots.

Tights: Weathered Wood, Black Soot.

Shoes: Antique Linene, Walnut Stain, Black Soot.

The beautiful flowerberries are from Magnolia. The rest of the flowers are from WOC.

Magnolia Tilda

This week at MDUC we want you to use the color of your birthstone 

as the main color on your project.

I don't have that much knowledge about my birthstone, 

but have found out that it is Amethyst.

I hope I did manage to use the right purple colors.

For the cheese cloth, seem binding ribbon and the flowers, 

I made my own mist. I mixed Victorian Velvet and Dusty Concord (six drops of each),

and also added Opalite Pigment inker, to make it all shimmer.

And can you imagine anything cuter than this image?! 

I am a very happy owner of this special stamp.

I am so, so happy for her, so thank you my good friends who gave her to me, 

you know who you are:)))

She is called Magnolia Tilda and is made especially for the shop

DOE@DING in the Netherlands.

She is colored with Distress Ink-reinker on the Langton watercolor paper (hot pressed). 

I stamped her with Archival Ink- Jet Black.

The beautiful papers are from Maja Design. 

And the shape of the card is made with a GoKreate die.

Hi there!

Here comes my card for the MDUC. The theme this time is MASKING.

I have masked together three stamps, all from Magnolia. Sitting Wedding Edwin+Sitting Wedding Tilda and the Wedding Rose Arch. All from the Wedding Colletion 2010.

Colouring:

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, the cheeks are coloured with a mix of Tattered Rose and Aged Mahogany. I have also used Markers-Tea Dye on the darkest spots in the skin.

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

Dress: Tattered Rose and Walnut Stain on the darkest spots

Suit: Pumice Stone, Black Soot

Arch: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain

Flowers: A mix with Victorian Velvet, Dusty Concord, Tattered Rose, Weathered Wood, I have also used Black Soot on the darkest spots.

Shadows around the images: Pumice Stone, Weathered Wood, Antique Linen.

I have added Stickles-Star Dust and Crackle Accents to Tilda's flowers.

Beautiful flowers and a key charm from Hjerteboden.

The book measures 15x11x3cm.

The back and the front.

 The sentiment on the back is from Stempelglede.
The letters are made with the Tim Holtz die, Typeset alphabet. 

And here is how I have decorated inside the book.

Inside is the sweetest Tilda from the Netherlands.

She is made especially for the Doe@ding shop in Holland.

And under is a flower heart I made, and put inside the book, with the wedding couple's names on. 

Their names are written on my PC.

Christmas card in March

 It is already a new month, and then also a new Christmas Card from me. 

The Challenge at Hjertebodens Juleblogg this month is to use UTEE on one of your Christmas creation.

If you wonder what this is or how to use it, I have made a small Step by Step of how I used UTEE om my image. 

Just visit Hjertebodens Juleblogg and have a look.

The image is from Magnolia, and it is a special stamp. It is called Winter Skating Tilda, and is coloured with Distress Ink. The ink stays on place even if you use UTEE on it afterwards.

All the papers are from Maja Design. But I have also added some brown paper my friend Camilla sent to me from Sweden, behind the image.

 The white snow here and there are Snow Paint I got from Panduro. I first painted with the Snow Paint, then added some white gesso paint over it. Cause the Snow Paint seems to become a bit greyish when dry.

I have made the shape of the card with a Go Kreate die, and the Lovely Fence is made with a DooHickey's die from Magnolia.

It is my mothers birthday today! Happy Birthday mom!

I made her this card with the sweetest Tilda from the Netherlands.

She is made especially for the Doe@ding shop in Holland.

Tilda is colored with Distress Ink, re-inkers. I have also added crackle accents to the hearts, and some Stickles-star dust here and there. 

As you can see under, it is a easel card. 

A close up of the flowers under. Most of them is from Hjerteboden.

The text is stamped on a new heart tag from Magnolia. 

And the text is from Stempelglede.
