Here I have made a card with the cute bubbling Tilda. I have coloured her with Distresses, and added some Stickles ~ Star Dust and Crackle Accents to the bubbles. The photocorner and heart are painted with Crackle Paint-Picket Fence. The papers are from Maja Design. The heart is grungeboard from Tim Holtz, as well as the film-roll. The butterfly is punched out with a Martha Stewart punch.
I am entering the challenge "Cute and Girly" at A Spoon Full of Sugar with this card.
